Easy

You can’t say you really work out, but you’re in good shape and are relatively fit and you want to explore on your vacation. These tours are a light adventure suitable for most fitness levels, nothing too challenging.

Cycling

Around 1-5 hours of riding. You can ride about 15-20 km per day over relatively flat terrain with a few small hills—all very manageable for people trying their first cycling tour.

Walking

An average 5 km walking on countryside, temple trails, footpaths and coastal or forest trails, all on relatively flat terrain.

Leisure

Leisure tours are for participations who prefer to take in the surroundings at a comfortable pace. You enjoy a good move on a bike and feel comfortable while on the ride. You used to ride your bike on a regular basis, to commute to work, or just for fun.

Cycling

Around 6-8 hours of riding. You can ride about 25-30 km per day over relatively flat terrain with a few small hills—all very manageable for people trying their first cycling tour.

Walking

An average 6-8 km per day on country lanes, temples, footpaths and coastal or forest trails, all on relatively flat terrain, perhaps with an occasional hill.

Moderate

You are more active on a bike or any other physic activity. You used to ride your bike on a weekly basis and are comfortable with rides of 1 day or more at a relatively strong pace.

Cycling

You can ride about 40-50 km per day over relatively flat terrain with a few small hills—Cycling experience and a reasonable level of physical fitness is recommended.

Walking

An average 11-15 km per day over rolling terrain on a variety of surfaces, Hills, mountains, and everything in between.

Active

You hike, walk and ride regularly. This active tour is designed for experienced riders that want to test themselves. Characterized by consistently undulating terrain and relatively long distances.

Cycling

You can ride about 60-70 km per day over relatively flat terrain with a few small hills—Cycling experience and a reasonable level of physical fitness is recommended.

Walking

An average 15-20 km per day over rolling terrain on a variety of surfaces, Hills, mountains, and everything in between.

Hard

Hard trips push the boundaries of what’s possible on a guided tour and are for travelers with a high level of skill, fitness, and a taste for adventure destination.

Cycling

You can ride about 80-100 km per day all terrain, with hills and big mountain passes. Steep technical descents are fun and I enjoy a challenge—Regular cycling activity and good physical fitness is strongly recommended.

Walking

An average 15-20 km over fairly hilly terrain offering lots of challenges.
